Job Description

What youll do...

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract guests increase occupancy & rate increase restaurant bookings and maximize revenue across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted promotions and packages to drive group bookings corporate partnerships and other revenue streams.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends competitor activities and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively and within budget.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets influencers and industry partners to secure press coverage and maximize exposure.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards in all marketing communications and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and marketing innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage the hotels digital presence including website social media engagement online advertising and email marketing newsletters and campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts videos and visuals to promote the hotels unique offerings and amenities.

Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as SEO SEM Google Analytics and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data draw actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry trends market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
