Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join our successful Berwick Sales team and be part of our ongoing growth ambitions.
As a property Sales Negotiatoryoulltake full ownership of the sales process from beginning to end. This will involve the effective marketing of properties expertly liaising between buyers and sellers negotiatingtermsand ensuring a smooth sale.
Youll keep a close eye on the local market to keep up to date with trends and developments and use your networking skills to maximise new business opportunities.
Using our sales databaseyoullaccurately capture customer data and utilise reports to drive personal sales performance.
Youll ensure compliance with industry regulations and Rettie brand standards (full training will be provided).
About you
Youll already be an established property sales professional perhaps working in a negotiator role or ready to progress to the next stage in your career. Either way wed love to hear from you. Depending on your experience a senior-level role may be considered.
As well as being customer-focused youll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration communication problem-solving planning & organising and negotiation. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do youll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for all stages of the sales process of those properties assigned to you by the Associate Director maximising conversion rates at each stage.
Responsibilities include:- Client introduction meetings
- Ensuring marketing material isaccurateand effective
- Property launch strategy property matches internet launch etc
- Conducting viewings and feedback calls to applicants and vendors
- Negotiation of offers including setting and managing closing dates
- Proactivelyidentifyand pursue newbusinessopportunitiesthrough targeted outreach and relationshipbuilding
- Generating marketappraisalappointments and high-qualityfinancial service leads
Key requirements
- Driving licence and access to own car
- Previous property sales experience
- Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Teams Word Excel & Outlook
