Job Summary

Hardware & Networking Support Engineer for Kolkata Location

Profiles

Design install and maintain companies computer hardware systems
OS Installations Software Installations
Configure and optimize network systems for performance and security.
Establishing a working relationship with a traditional Internet Service Provider
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues promptly.
Perform regular hardware and network audits and upgrades.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to hardware and networks.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system performance and security.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field.
Proven experience as a Computer Hardware Engineer or Network Engineer.(minimum 2 years)
Strong understanding of computer hardware network systems and protocols.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
