PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- To Assist the test & Integration engineers in team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in Liquid stage (Earth storable & Cryo propellent) modelling complex parts and assemblies and preparation of manufacturing drawings as per the sequence
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with various Aerospace materials assembly joints (Fasteners Rivets etc) tools and integration methods.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret Engineering and Manufacturing drawings from part level to assembly and integration level.
- Strong Knowledge in various end fittings Pipe routing (rigid & flexible) including pipe bending (Rigid) techniques types of welding techniques Sealings and their qualification and acceptance (proof pressure testing with hydraulic and Pneumatic medium).
- Exposure to Aerospace Integration/quality standards and Processes.
- Hands-on exposure to complete product development life cycle from configuration design to actual realization & assembly.
- Hands-on experience in independently assembling mechanical structures fixtures and jigs.
- Capability to physically understand the problems and offer quick solutions on a system level.
- Proven experience in part inspection and handling of measuring instruments.
- Assembly procedure and checklists document preparation.
- Exposure to explosive assemblies.
- Closely collaborate with the design manufacturing and Quality teams for further clearance.
- Hands on Experience in propellent handling and transportation for testing.
- Knowledge on Plumbing and instrumentation (P& ID) Drawings.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Technical Skills (In order of Priority)
- Strong knowledge of CAD modelling drawings and machine design with experience in design analyses Experience with SolidWorks Auto Cad & Creo.
- Fundamental understanding of common fluid and electrical components such as but not limited to valves regulators solenoids actuators etc.
- In depth understanding of GD&T.
- Hands on experience with high pressure gas systems and/or Cryogenic systems.
Other Skills (In order of Priority):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write design reports test plans and deliver design presentations.

QUALIFICATION:
Essential:
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering Aerospace engineering or other technical.
- 2-3 years of experience preferably from liquid propulsion systems and rocketry.
Preferrable:
- Aerospace and defence experience.
