Job Summary

Supervise and monitor interior site execution including carpentry electrical plumbing flooring false ceiling and finishing works.

Review and interpret architectural drawings interior layouts and design specifications.

Coordinate with designers contractors vendors and suppliers for timely material availability and execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per quality safety and compliance standards.

Prepare and maintain daily site reports work progress updates and measurement records.

Monitor project timelines resource utilization and resolve site-level issues.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design adherence and finishing quality.

Support in preparing BOQs material requirements and site documentation.

Ensure smooth handover of completed work to clients.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings AutoCAD layouts and technical specifications.

Experience in site supervision vendor coordination and quality control.

Knowledge of materials costing and BOQ preparation.

Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance.

Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools.

Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.

Problem-solving ability to handle site-level challenges.
