Job Description
- Works within the Project Management team as a leader managing project management professionals within larger teams and delivering successful solutions for clients.
- Support the management direction and leadership of the Post Management stream and are accountable for key account management and other business development related activity.
- Will be a part of the Senior Management team (SMT) for the region
- Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the clients overall objectives
- Lead the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters
- Plan for and the ongoing management of quality safety health and environment issues
- Establish effective project governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
- Ensure the business unit achieves/betters its budget turnover/profit for the financial year by agreed Net Margin
- Support in achieving target profit margin for the office
- To support in achieving target gross margin of for office
- Contribute to the development and regular updating of an integrated marketing strategy for the division
Qualifications :
- Education - Engineering Diploma / B.E /B. Tech /B. Arch - construction project management engineering surveying and architecture
- Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management or equivalent knowledge and experience
- 12-15 or more years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph
