Job Title: Freelance DORA AI Trainer
Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced DORA AI Trainer to deliver expert-level training and guidance on DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) principles and AI-driven optimization techniques. You will work with diverse teams providing hands-on sessions workshops and mentorship to enhance organizational performance software delivery and operational excellence.
Key Skills:
AI Expertise : Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and applications in DevOps.
DORA Metrics : Deep understanding of DORA s four key metrics Deployment Frequency Lead Time Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) and Change Failure Rate.
DevOps Practices : Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines cloud infrastructure and automation.
Training & Mentoring : Excellent communication and instructional design skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills : Ability to assess performance data and recommend actionable improvements.
