Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our data and cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data platforms including Data Engineering ETL/ELT DW BI. He should be good at cloud services i.e. AWS and managing/guiding different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive data and cloud projects end to end.
2. Plan design execute implementation migration and platform support projects.
3. Lead cross-functional teams for different projects.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define project scope.
5. Design and implement cloud architecture (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
6. Contribute to capability building initiatives.
7. Manage vendor relationships for cloud and other partners.
8. Contribute in Solutioning and Proposals.
9. Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
10. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
1. 15 years of experience in data migration cloud computing and IT project management.
2. Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and data tools.
3. Strong understanding of data governance security and compliance.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
6. Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
Nice to Have:
1. Certifications in Snowflake AWS or data engineering.
2. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
3. Knowledge of data science ML. Gen AI.
