Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns and email outreach. Experience in the RPO or staffing industry is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation

Build and maintain lead databases across multiple platforms

Research and identify potential clients through online tools and databases

Work closely with sales and recruiting teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
-
Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of outreach and conversions

A/B test subject lines content and CTAs for continuous improvement
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and/or email marketing

Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot Zoho etc.)

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking methods

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen

Preferred: Prior experience or understanding of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or staffing industry
