Explain product features benefits and pricing to drive sales and encourage purchases or appointments. Meet daily or weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate call logs update customer records in a database and document interactions.

Customer Service:

Build rapport with potential and existing clients resolve issues and gather feedback to improve services.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs identify trends and gather relevant data.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the local language and potentially others for international roles.

Persuasion & Negotiation:

Ability to persuade customers handle objections effectively and close sales through skillful negotiation.

Technical Proficiency:
