Job Summary
Functional knowledge
Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to order to cash process. Able to handle tasks allocated (Collections/Cash Application) independently as per the specific client process and ensures compliance in terms TAT and accuracy.
Collector: Voice calling Dispute Management Customers account Reconciliation
Customer Orientation
Ability to understand client expectations and requirements
Strives to adhere and improve performance on SLAs and deliverables to customer including ownership of solution oriented effective communication of issues raised findings and proposed resolution
Ability to maintain relationships with relevant line manager / counterparts / Stakeholders
