- Architect design and develop scalable high-performance software solutions for agricultural applications using Java and AWS.
- Take full ownership of features from ideation to deployment ensuring robustness scalability and maintainability.
- Champion best practices in software engineering including CI/CD automated testing and code reviews.
- Lead technical discussions influence architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers.
- Integrate and optimize cloud-native services such as Amazon SQS SNS Lambda and other AWS services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and applying them to solve real-world agricultural challenges.
- Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java-based backend development with a strong grasp of object-oriented design and microservices architecture.
- Proven expertise in AWS technologies including EC2 S3 Lambda API Gateway and Amazon SQS.
- AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is highly desirable.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a must.
- Experience with Python and data-driven applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
