Job Summary
- Create high-quality 3D renderings animations and interactive walkthroughs based on architectural and design drawings. Work closely with architects designers and project teams to visualize concepts accurately.
- Create photorealistic renders virtual walkthroughs and presentations for clients.
- Apply textures materials lighting and realistic detailing to 3D models.
- Maintain project deadlines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine concepts based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques software and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in architecture engineering or a related field.
- Should be efficient in Lumion.
- Strong knowledge and experience in proficient use of industry softwares such as Autodesk products (Revit and 3DS Max) V ray Sketch Up Enscape Adobe Premier Pro Adobe After Effects Unreal Engine.
- Ability to conceptualise ideas to create compelling and accurate visualisations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams understand project requirements and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Presentation skills using PowerPoint in design Etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) visualization particularly using Enscape
