Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivatedTechnical Support Engineer (TSE)orSenior Technical Support Engineer (STSE)to join ourEnd User Computing Desktop Engineering. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in modern device management OS deployment application packaging and patching solutions. Youll play a key role in supporting and improving our enterprise IT environment with a focus on automation process optimization and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
LeadWindows Autopilotmigration and deployment projects.
Package and deployWin32 applicationsusing Intune and SCCM.
Manageuser/device groups(Assigned & Dynamic) in Intune.
AdministerBitLockerand encryption policies including reporting.
OverseeAuto Patchand OS migration processes.
Troubleshoot and supportDell devices including driver and firmware updates viaDell Command Update.
Create and deploy applications and OS patches usingSCCM/ Intune.
ManageCloud Management GatewayandCo-Managementwith Intune.
Implement and support3rd party patching tools(e.g. PatchMyPC).
UseMDTfor OS image creation capture and deployment.
Automate tasks and improve processes usingPowerShell scripting.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience withMicrosoft IntuneSCCM andMDT.
Strong understanding ofWindows Autopilot OS patching and deployment.
Experience withDell hardwareand troubleshooting.
Familiarity withPatchMyPCor similar 3rd party patching tools.
Basic to advanced knowledge ofPowerShell scripting.
Ability to analyze and create reports for patching compliance and deployment.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus onautomation and continuous improvement.
Develop PowerShell scripts for task automation (basic to advanced level).
