Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle related Management:

  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all MHUs and ensure statutory compliance is up-to-date.
  • Ensure vehicle insurance renewals are processed monthly and handle the follow-up for statutory compliance.
  • Maintain records of GPS devices and ensure GPS devices are fully functional with live tracking capabilities.
  • Download and analyze monthly GPS reports for performance tracking and compliance.
  • Manage the purchase of new GPS devices and coordinate installation processes.
  • Create user IDs and passwords for SPM and SPO following GPS installation.
  • Provide training for MHUs on the proper usage of GPS systems.
  • Handle GPS software and SIM renewals annually based on financial year requirements.

Mobile Lab Kit Management:

  • Maintain records for all Mobile Lab Kits assigned to MHUs.
  • Oversee the renewal of AMC/CMC contracts for the Mobile Lab Kits as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for servicing and maintenance of Mobile Lab Kits.
  • Track beneficiary data through the Lab Kit dashboard to ensure proper functionality and reporting.
  • Conduct training sessions for MHU staff on lab testing procedures and beneficiary data entry.

Coordination with Departments and Field Teams:

  • Maintain soft and hard copies of MOUs for every MHUs/SHU Project.
  • Update the MHU MIS with MOU details addendum details launch dates and budget
  • Coordinate with the state team for the update related to new MHU and closed MHU/SHU
  • Coordinate with finance department for the advance payment and settlement of advance payments related to vehicle insurance renewals and GPS
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and processing of purchase bills for GPS devices and Mobile Lab Kits
  • Assist MHU team in the budget vs expenditure exercise of every MHU
  • Assist MHU team in the M-Sparsh report compilation


Requirements

Graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Should be good knowledge of MS excel
Should have good coordination experience
Preferably with good communication skills
