Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify sales leads through calls emails and online channels
Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT product/service solutions
Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product presentations and demos virtually
Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent post-sales support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Follow up consistently with potential clients to close sales deals
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or related field
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of IT sales or inside sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is preferred
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Skills:
Cold calling and lead generation
Sales pipeline management
Customer relationship management
Negotiation and closing techniques
IT product and technology awareness (preferred but not mandatory)
