Job Summary


The Sales & Collections Manager will spearhead EV loan operations across dealerships in your assigned state. Responsibilities include building strong dealer relationships coordinating loan disbursements engaging customers and managing collections to ensure smooth operations and steady portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Coordination:

    • Nurture and expand relationships with 1 3 dealerships per state.

    • Drive engagement to grow loan volumes and streamline processes.

  • Sales & Disbursement:

    • Identify and convert loan prospects via dealerships and direct outreach.

    • Oversee documentation loan approvals and seamless disbursals.

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Engage customers at dealerships and on-site for onboarding repayments guidance and support.

    • Address customer queries and reinforce repayment discipline.

  • Collections:

    • Monitor EMI schedules and ensure timely collections.

    • Proactively follow up with delayed payers and mitigate NPAs through escalation and agency coordination when needed.

  • Reporting & Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate MIS dashboards for sales disbursals and collections.

    • Adhere to organizational policies and regulatory norms.


Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory).

  • 2 5 years of hands-on experience in sales collections or dealer management (preferably in NBFCs auto finance)

  • Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the state.

  • Prior exposure to EV or auto-loan financing is desirable.

  • Sales-driven mindset and strong target orientation

  • Dealer and customer relationship management

  • Loan lifecycle understanding (from origination to collections)

  • Effective communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities
