Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory).
2 5 years of hands-on experience in sales collections or dealer management (preferably in NBFCs auto finance)
Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the state.
Prior exposure to EV or auto-loan financing is desirable.
Sales-driven mindset and strong target orientation
Dealer and customer relationship management
Loan lifecycle understanding (from origination to collections)
