Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and convert student/parent leads into admissions.
Promote and guide learners for school tuition NEET/JEE and upskill programs.
Coordinate classes tests and academic activities with faculty.
Build strong rapport with students/parents and provide after-admission support.
Maintain lead reports and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline ( preferred; Education/Management background is a plus).
1 3 years of experience in counseling/sales/education (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
Strong communication & persuasion skills (Fluency in English & Malayalam required).
Smart learner with ability to multitask and use tech tools effectively.
