Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced CTERA Administrator to manage and support CTERA Enterprise File Services (Portal & Gateways). The role requires deep expertise in cloud storage backup and enterprise data management solutions with the ability to configure optimize and troubleshoot CTERA environments.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Strong expertise in CTERA Administration (Portal & Gateways)

Experience with file sync & share cloud storage gateways backup solutions

Hands-on with Windows/Linux server administration

Integration knowledge of Active Directory LDAP and SSO

Familiarity with NAS/SAN cloud storage and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs)

Security encryption and compliance awareness

Scripting knowledge (PowerShell Bash or Python) is a plus

Excellent communication & ability to work independently in a remote setup
