Job Summary
This is a remote position.
About the role:
The Lead will be responsible for the execution of Bhumis civic Clubs. The role demands a balance of volunteer engagement and team leadership to deliver impactful scalable and smooth functioning of all civic initiatives and operations across several clubs in multiple chapters.
About the Program:
Bhumi is building one of India s largest volunteer movements. By 2030 we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities. Every Bhumi volunteer is a changemaker and an active citizen working toward a better India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless planning and execution of civic events campaigns and projects across Bhumi Clubs consistently aligning with the vision and values of Bhumi Clubs
- Strategize and implement volunteer engagement approaches that promote meaningful participation inclusivity and a sense of ownership at the club level.
- Mentor and support club leaders to enhance their capacity for volunteer mobilization civic impact and sustainable program growth.
- Ensure regularity quality and standardised processes in key activities ensuring alignment with the operational and strategic goals of Bhumi Clubs.
- Monitor evaluate and continuously improve the programme by fostering collaboration capturing learnings and sharing best practices across clubs.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in any relevant field or a fellowship
- Minimum 2 years of Volunteering experience and community engagement.
Knowledge and Skillsets:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with volunteers
- Excellent communication skills- English.
- Active on social media. Prompt and consistent interaction with volunteers and coordinators essential
- High Emotional maturity
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people-centric processes.

- Age Criteria : under 35 years
- Reporting to : Bhumi Clubs - Manager.
- Salary Range: 360000 - 480000
