About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead with a unique blend technical expertise
and project management leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-
end project execution ensuring technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions
that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Management-

Lead projects from planning to delivery.
Define project scope timelines resource allocation and budgets.
Ensure on-time delivery with adherence to quality standards.
Manage risks issues and dependencies proactively.
Conduct sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.

Technical Leadership-

Provide architectural and design guidance Core MVC C# Web APISQL Server.
Ensure best practices in coding performance optimization and security.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (preferably Azure).
Review code mentor developers and set coding standards.

Team and Stakeholder Management-

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
Mentor and guide a team of developers fostering continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with clients senior management and cross-functional teams.
Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
0 years in software development with 3 years in leadership/project management.

Strong technical expertise in-

C# Core / MVC
Web API REST Microservices
SQL Server
Basic frontend (JavaScript HTML CSS; Angular/React preferred)
Azure Cloud services (App Services Functions Storage Security)
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Microsoft certifications (Azure / .NET / PMP / CSM).
Experience in BFSI.
