To be considered for the General Manager/Operations Manager position candidates must meet the following criteria:

1- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager.
2 - Educational Background: Preferably BCom Accounting or similar but any Bcom will be advantageous. (Non negotiable)

Position Overview:

As the Group Operations/General Manager you will play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. You will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company with a specific focus on manufacturing top-quality trailers and delivering truck solutions transportation Logistics and Truck Sales. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and ensuring our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead motivate and manage our operational teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the companys growth and financial goals.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources including personnel equipment and vehicles to meet operational objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure our trailer manufacturing and truck solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets closely monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
• Logistics and Distribution: Lead our logistics and distribution teams to optimize transportation routes warehouse operations and inventory management ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations industry standards and environmental sustainability. Implement safety measures to protect our workforce assets and the environment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance identify trends and make informed data-driven decisions.
• Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance the highest levels of customer service standards promptly addressing any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience
• Strong background in operations management and process optimization.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• 7 Years experience as Operations/General Manager
• Bachelors degree

Remuneration:

Competitive salary package ranging from R90000 to R150 000 ctc monthly

Company vehicle.
