The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant youll be at the heart of our service team ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality. From serving food and drinks with flair to maintaining a welcoming environment youll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our customers.
What Youll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring quality presentation and timely delivery
- Handle tills and manage cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness: clear tables store cutlery/glassware and follow hygiene standards
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
- Experience in hospitality customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Must be 18 with the right to work in the UK
