Summary:
The Help Desk Specialist II provides technical and customer support to the SEC Facilities Branch serving as the primary point of contact for Facilities Help Desk requests via email and phone. This role ensures timely responses manages work orders coordinates with vendors and supports move management ergonomic programs and transportation services.
