Position Summary:
The Senior Space Management Advisor (SSMA) provides expert guidance on space utilization and management within the SEC. This role serves as the primary administrator of the SEC IWMS (ARCHIBUS v25) oversees space-related projects conducts audits and ensures efficient use of office space in compliance with federal and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IWMS system including user access data accuracy troubleshooting and reporting.
- Evaluate space requests conduct audits and optimize space utilization.
- Develop layouts and seating scenarios for moves reorganizations and efficiency projects.
- Supervise Space Management Advisors (SMAs) and ensure accuracy of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain updated space documentation.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in ARCHIBUS IWMS and AutoCAD; AutoLISP knowledge a plus.
- Strong knowledge of office space planning GSA policies and BOMA standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and Excel VBA.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction documents and understand building codes ADA and OSHA requirements.
Deliverables:
- IWMS reports and analyses AutoCAD drawings record documents and presentation materials.
