About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive new business opportunities for a leading organization in luxury wedding planning entertainment and décor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building high-value relationships closing premium deals and representing an upscale brand in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals corporates and premium clients.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term high-ticket customers.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and follow-up system to achieve revenue goals.
2. Strategic Relationship Building
- Cultivate partnerships with luxury venues hospitality groups brands wedding vendors influencers and planners.
- Build a consistent referral network to expand reach and opportunities.
3. Sales & Market Strategy
- Design and implement customized business development plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct market mapping to identify untapped opportunities.
4. Brand Representation
- Represent the organization at luxury events expos trade fairs and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Establish strategic alliances with service providers and premium vendors to broaden offerings.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and evolving client preferences to guide business decisions.
7. Creative Operations Support
- Work with in-house creative teams on conceptualizing décor themes and oversee on-site execution when required.
8. Seamless Client Onboarding
- Coordinate with planning and production teams to ensure smooth handover from acquisition to execution.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in business development or sales within luxury weddings hospitality corporate events or other high-end services.
- Strong industry network and proven ability to close premium deals.
- Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills.
- Keen understanding of the tastes and expectations of affluent clientele.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
