Schedule:

1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM

Pay Rate:

$19 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator proficient in operating sit-down reach and stand-up forklifts. This role involves safely handling materials and using scanners for inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down reach and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload goods from trucks and containers efficiently and safely
Use RF scanners or handheld devices to track inventory movement and order fulfillment
Transport and stage materials according to production or shipping schedules
Maintain accurate records of product movement and inventory
Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean efficient work area
Support other warehouse operations as needed including picking and packing

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience (sit-down reach and stand-up)
Experience using scanners or smart devices for inventory control
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
