Summary:
The Help Desk Specialist I provides support to the SEC Facilities Branch by monitoring and responding to Facilities Help Desk emails and phone calls (MF 7:00am6:00pm excluding Federal Holidays). This role ensures timely high-quality service to staff and assists with facilities space management and move coordination activities.
