This program is built on three pillars:

What Youll Do

As a participant youll rotate throughthree different rolesover two years (each lasting 69 months) gaining insight into various aspects of our business. Youll work on real projects that impact our communities and help deliver safe reliable energy.

Rotations may include:

• Business operations
• Project coordination
• Regulatory and compliance support
• Customer experience
• Process improvement initiatives

Who Should Apply

We welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds who are eager to learn grow and make a difference. You donotneed a technical or engineering degree to apply.

The next cohort will start in July 2026.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any field (Business Communications Public Policy Environmental Studies etc.)
• GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Internship or co-op experience (Avangrid internship is a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in energy sustainability or infrastructure
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
• U.S. work authorization is required/Legally authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for future sponsorship
