Job Summary
We are looking for a full-timeMaintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in a retail center in Waikiki (Honolulu HI 96816). Candidates must have a valid drivers license reliable vehicle previous hands-on maintenance experience light plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and painting experience is required. Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting plumbing electrical mechanical and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) carpentry and grounds maintenance)
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers vendors customers etc.
- Able to lift push pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs. Walk stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift.
- Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.
- Create and maintain work orders
- Create and maintain purchase orders
- Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required by property management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Must pass background check
- Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle
- Customer service oriented
- General Maintenance experience
- Basic mathematics
- Previous experience with creating and maintaining work orders and purchase orders
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
Schedule:
**Must have open availability subjective to emergencies: after hours weekends and holidays**
Monday to Friday: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Compensation:$27.54/per hour
