Role Summary

About the Role

Our Health Economics team has grown significantly in the last few years both in terms of the teams size and their breadth of projects and clients they are working with. As a result we have an exciting new role available for a Project Coordinator to join the team.

You will work closely with Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) teams to support with a wide range of administrative project coordination and technical tasks. Most of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of technical project to our clients in the healthcare sector. This will include identifying and suggesting improvements to processes as well as implementation of these changes with the aim of enhancing quality and efficiency within the team and where appropriate across the wider company. You may also work on internal projects that contribute to the successful operation of your team.

Therefore we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role) you will be able to work from home 1 day per week.

Part-time Options: Our standard working week is 37.5 hours Monday to Friday however we can also consider applicants looking for part-time hours of 30 hours per week.

The Application Process

You are required to submit your CV and a cover letter via our online application your cover letter you must explain why you think you would be suited to the role and why you would like to join Costello Medical with examples to support both. Your CV should clearly state the dates of all qualifications and grades achieved where applicable.

Then our recruitment process includes short assessment followed by a self-recorded video interview to complete in your own time. Lastly you will be invited for a final stage interview with members of the Health Economics team. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month however this can be adapted if necessary.
