Part-Time Cocktail Server
Bar Colette Dallas TX
Bar Colette is a cocktail bar in the West Village of Uptown Dallas recognized and recently nominated for a 2025 James Beard Award for Best New Bar A seasonally changing bar program led by acclaimed Bar Director Roben Rolen and modern sushi from Kazuhito Kaz Mabuchi executive chef-partner of Namo. All in an intimate and inviting setting
Were looking for a part-time Cocktail Server to join our team and deliver the warm attentive service that matches the level of our bar program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide polished knowledgeable service in a high-end cocktail setting
- Guide guests through our signature cocktail menu
- Maintain a welcoming and warm guest experience
- Facilitate cleanliness organization and professionalism at all times
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in cocktail bar or restaurant setting
- Basic knowledge of cocktails spirits and service standards
- Ability to communicate with both the Bar team and Door Team
- Ability to thrive in a detail-driven environment
- Availability on Friday and Saturday Evenings
