Bar Colette is a cocktail bar in the West Village of Uptown Dallas recognized and recently nominated for a 2025 James Beard Award for Best New Bar A seasonally changing bar program led by acclaimed Bar Director Roben Rolen and modern sushi from Kazuhito Kaz Mabuchi executive chef-partner of Namo. All in an intimate and inviting setting

Were looking for a full-time Cocktail Server to join our team and deliver the warm attentive service that matches the level of our bar program.

Responsibilities:

Provide polished knowledgeable service in a high-end cocktail setting
Guide guests through our signature cocktail menu
Maintain a welcoming and warm guest experience
Facilitate cleanliness organization and professionalism at all times

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in cocktail bar or restaurant setting
Basic knowledge of cocktails spirits and service standards
Ability to communicate with both the Bar team and Door Team
Ability to thrive in a detail-driven environment
Availability on Tuesday through Saturday
