The LPN will be a crucial part of the schools health team ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all students and first aid and emergency care to students and staff for minor injuries and medications and treatments to students as prescribed by a physician maintaining accurate and detailed and monitor chronic health conditions such as asthma and diabetes for assigned school nurses in maintaining comprehensive health records for all students including immunization records and health with health screenings such as vision and effectively with parents teachers and school staff regarding student health issues and with the school RNs and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) for students with special to health-related emergencies in a calm and efficient all district policies and other duties as assigned by the and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of from an accredited school of practical CPR and First Aid in pediatric or school nursing is communication organizational and critical thinking Range $ 32/hour-$36/hour (commensurate with experience)Apply on School Spring: Addressed to the Superintendent of Schools Ingrid Allardi Ph.D. and to the attention of Jill Rivolla Human Resources Specialist
