Job Summary
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator.
In this role you will:
- Support in administering recruiting and candidate onboarding documentation including candidate forms offer letters while ensuring confidentiality for internal and external candidates
- Serve as a point of contact and support to candidates Human Resources staff and Hiring Managers across the enterprise
- Perform complex administrative transactional operational and support tasks related to the broader Talent Acquisition functional area
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals in the broader Talent Acquisition functional area
- Interact with immediate Recruiting team functional area and internal peers outside work group on a wide range of information related to the broader Talent Acquisition functional area
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Recruiting coordination or administration experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
