Working Hours:Full-Time (On-site only)
Salary:Competitive dependent on experience (Band 78b)
Pulse are recruiting an HCPC registered Psychologist to join a specialist residential service supporting children and young people with complex trauma autism and learning disabilities. This is a full-time on-site role working across several sites in the greater Manchester region. Sponsorship is available for eligible applicants (must be HCPC registered) and the role offers a unique opportunity to lead psychological therapies within a trauma-informed framework.
Responsibilities:
As a Psychologist you will:
- Deliver specialist psychological assessments and therapy to children and young people with severe and enduring mental health needs.
- Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Lead psychological input across services embedding trauma-informed care principles.
- Provide consultation guidance and supervision to non-psychologist colleagues trainees and assistants.
- Contribute to service development through research audit and teaching.
- Work closely within a multi-disciplinary team maintaining autonomy within professional guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:
