From mapping out orthopedic workflows to streamlining financial systems youll be at the heart of innovation in outpatient care. The hours are typically M-F 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and holidays.

We arent a division of another corporate healthcare organization; Bone & Joint belongs to us and we have numerous locations throughout Central Wisconsin. What Youll Do:
- Coordinate and manage impactful projects from kickoff to completion
- Analyze and optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies
- Align SOPs across departments to ensure seamless patient and business operations
- Champion change management and staff training for new initiatives
- Track KPIs and report on the success of your improvements
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of healthcare project coordination and process analysis
- Deep understanding of outpatient orthopedic and surgical workflows
- Experience with AthenaPractice Visio/Miro Excel/Power BI
- Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors in Healthcare Admin Business IT or related field
