Joyce Windows Sunrooms & Baths is seeking a Sales Manager in Greenville SC with proven in-home sales and one-call close experience. This is an incentive-based leadership role where top candidates can earn $200K$250K annually.
We need a hands-on working Sales Manager who can:
- Run in-home sales leads and close business.
- Train and coach reps in the one-call close process.
- Lead from the field not from behind a desk.
- Build a high-performing home remodeling sales team.
Requirements

- Strong Sales Manager background.
- Experience in in-home sales (windows baths sunrooms or home remodeling).
- Track record of one-call close success.
- Ability to train lead and duplicate sales performance.
