Position Overview:

We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with strong experience in landscape construction-including hardscape and softscape installation masonry and concrete work. This role isnt just about managing from the sidelines-youll be out in the field working alongside the crew leading by example and helping make sure projects are done safely on schedule and with top-notch quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day landscape installation operations and job sites
Manage crews and assist with subcontractors ensuring proper workflow productivity and safety
Oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers retaining walls patios etc.) and softscapes (plants turf trees) ponds and pondless water features.
Management of equipment materials allocation of material for proper job costing and maintaining accurate records of hours worked.
Work closely with sales team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Train and mentor crew members promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in landscape masonry concrete or construction
Strong working knowledge of landscape installation project management hardscape/softscape techniques and site grading
Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
Excellent organizational communication and team leadership skills
Valid drivers license and complete medical DOT.
