One of San Diegos most prestigious law firms seeks an experienced litigation Associate Attorney to join the Firms Employment Litigation Practice Group. Our ideal candidate will possess two to five years experience within the Employment Litigation practice area.

Job Responsibilities
Work on employment litigation matters of various sizes including individual class and PAGA litigation
Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel
Assist with workplace investigations
Take and defend depositions
Draft pleadings and motions including dispositive motions
Draft and respond to discovery and correspondence
Qualifications
Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
2 - 5 years of experience in employment litigation
Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience highly preferred
Possess strong analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team
