As a valued colleague on our team you will act as a team lead in the designing producing testing or implementing software technology or processes as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture large scale data stores and cloud-based systems.

• Applying advanced skill knowledge and experience design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs in support of the Desktop Underwriter platform.

The Experience You Bring to the Team

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional Full stack software development experience.

• Proven track record of delivering scalable secure and cloud-native applications in enterprise environments.

Desired Experiences

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

• AWS Certifications

Technical Skills and Tools:

Backend Development

• Strong proficiency inJava(Spring Boot Spring Framework).

• Solid experience withPythonand frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Frontend Development

• Hands-on experience withandAngularfor building responsive UIs.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deep expertise inAWS servicesincluding EC2 S3 RDS Lambda CloudFormation Glue Athena DynamoDB and CloudWatch.

• Experience withCI/CD pipelinesusing GitHub Actions Jenkins or Terraform.

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Database Management

• Experience withSQLdatabases (PostgreSQL MySQL).

• Experience withNoSQLdatabases (DynamoDB MongoDB).

Version Control & Collaboration

• Proficient inGit GitHub GitLab and collaborative development workflows.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Experience withunit testingintegration testing andtest-driven development (TDD)using tools like JUnit Jasmine and Selenium.

API Development

• Strong experience designing and consumingRESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets is a plus.

GenAI & Prompt Engineering

• Hands-on experience withGenAI toolsorprompt engineering
