Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (Monday through Thursday 6:30am to 3:45pm Friday 6:30am to 12pm)
Starting Pay $17-23 per hour

Required Education None
Required Experience Prior woodworking finishing or cabinetry experience preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
As a Shop Hand / Cabinet Builder you will be part of the production team building and finishing custom residential and commercial cabinetry. Youll learn skills in sanding assembly finishing and quality control while working in a safe well-equipped shop.
Responsibilities
- Sand prep and assemble cabinet components
- Assist in finishing room with staining varnishing and detail work
- Perform final assembly and quality checks
- Load/unload trailers using lift-assist tables and carts (no off-property driving)
- Maintain a clean safe work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to stand 810 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. (with assist equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in cabinetry woodworking or painting/finishing a plus
