Job Summary

Job Title: Social Worker Adult Early Support
Location: Manchester
Rate: 30 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Locum Social Worker to join its clients Adult Early Support Team at Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess new referrals and develop short-term support plans
Promote independence through reablement and community resources
Safeguard vulnerable adults and complete capacity assessments
Coordinate with health housing and voluntary services

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
