The Revenue SCA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organizations revenue cycle processes as they relate to the Service Contract Act (SCA). This role ensures compliance with SCA regulations coordinates with various internal teams and manages documentation and reporting related to SCA contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue cycle operations regulatory compliance and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of SCA contract administration ensuring full compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies.
Maintain and update records related to SCA contracts wage determinations and employee classifications.
Support the billing and collections process for SCA-related revenue working closely with accounting payroll and contract management teams.
Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance with SCA wage and fringe benefit requirements.
Prepare review and submit required reports and documentation to government agencies and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for SCA-related inquiries both internally and externally.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance SCA compliance and revenue integrity.
Participate in audits and respond to requests for information from government agencies and internal auditors.
Train and educate team members on SCA requirements and best practices as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years experience in revenue cycle management contract administration or compliance preferably in a government contracting environment.
Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and related federal regulations required.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and relevant financial or contract management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 $36.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
