What youll do:

• Provide compassionate transformative Spiritual Care experiences to patients families and staff
• Respect and support the diverse spiritual religious and cultural needs of those we serve
• Assess spiritual distress and deliver timely professional interventions and referrals
• Document assessments and care plans in the electronic medical record
• Serve as a vital member of the inter-professional healthcare team integrating spiritual support into patient care
• Collaborate with faith leaders and clergy from local communities as appropriate
• Facilitate prayer meditation and worship opportunities across all faiths
• Promote spiritual wellness among colleagues through education and workplace spirituality programs

Whatyoullneed for this job:

• Masters degree in Theology Religion or Spirituality (or equivalent experience)
• 13 years of spiritual care experience with CPE training
• Board Certification (BCC) preferred via APC CASC NACC or NAJC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support patients and staff through crisis grief and significant life events

Compensation:

Pay Range: $23.18 - $35.92 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
