Job Summary
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Fulton Missouri
Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Weekends and holidays off
No crisis/emergency duties
Role Summary:The BCBA will deliver behavioral evaluation and treatment services to clients with dual diagnoses of developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders. As part of a cross-functional treatment team the BCBA will create and oversee behavior plans that promote independence skill-building and a higher quality of life.
Primary Duties
Work closely with psychologists physicians and other team members.
Observe clients and conduct assessments to guide interventions.
Develop and manage individualized BSPs to:
Strengthen functional and adaptive behavior
Reduce challenging or unsafe behavior
Encourage step-down to less restrictive environments.
Monitor client progress and revise plans to meet changing needs.
Contribute to team meetings and help refine treatment strategies.
Required Qualifications
Current BCBA certification.
Experience with individuals experiencing both developmental and mental health challenges.
Strong assessment documentation and communication abilities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate into an interdisciplinary team.
