Job Summary
What is The Role
We are hiring a Senior Analyst Accounting Projects to support high-impact initiatives that enable our global accounting and financial reporting organization to scale efficiently and operate with excellence. This role will support cross-functional projects spanning process design systems implementation data analysis and stakeholder alignment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support the design and execution of strategic projects across the global accounting and financial reporting functions (e.g. month-end close optimization systems implementation internal controls automation).
- Partner with stakeholders to capture and clarify requirements assess dependencies and document current and future state processes.
- Conduct detailed process mapping gap analysis and root cause investigations within core accounting cycles as needed
- Support monthly accounting close activities as needed
- Drive operational readiness for projects through user acceptance testing (UAT) training change management and communications.
- Perform data analysis mapping and validation across financial systems and large datasets.
- Build and maintain clear traceability across business requirements process design documentation and test plans.
- Identify risks or blockers early in the project lifecycle and propose practical scalable solutions.
- Recommend and implement improvements to standardize and streamline accounting operations globally.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in corporate accounting accounting systems internal audit or accounting-focused project management roles.
- Hands-on experience with a major ERP system is required; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP general accounting record-to-report processes and financial data reconciliation.
- Proven experience with process documentation business/data analysis and a systems-thinking approach.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and working with large complex data sets. Macros and VBA a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to operate independently self-prioritize and drive progress without constant oversight.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with tools like SQL Tableau Lucidchart Sigma and DBT is a plus.
- A resourceful action-oriented approach and a curiosity for solving hard problems.
Bonus Points
- Experience with process automation (e.g. Alteryx RPA scripting) data analytics (e.g. Sigma Tableau) or reporting (e.g. Workiva) platforms.
- Prior involvement in system implementations upgrades or integrations.
- Big 4 and/or publicly traded company experience
- CPA or CA or on track towards certification
- Experience working in a global distributed organization.
