What Youll Do
- Assist technicians and estimators with identifying and ordering parts
- Receive inspect and stock incoming parts shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular stock checks
- Coordinate returns and warranty parts processing
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Support the Collision Center team with administrative tasks
What Were Looking For
- Experience in automotive parts or collision center operations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with parts management software is a plus
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
