Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to support our Health Services team. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the daily operations of the Admissions department by assisting in the process that coordinates the pre-admission admission discharge and follow-up process for Asbury Health and Rehab Parker Terrace Assisted Living and Cuthberson Village Memory Care.

What youll do:

  • Achieving and maintaining census/occupancy and payer mix goals
  • Communicate with hospitals case managers physicians etc. to secure all necessary documents and information related to a new admission/move in to the facility are obtained
  • Monitor and track all incoming referrals/leads from all sources and respond in a timely manner
  • Conduct daily tours of facility to ensure the building and spaces are tour and move in ready
  • Initiate and complete insurance pre-authorizations for residents prior to admission when necessary
  • Conduct tours of Skilled Nursing Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities with potential residents and their family members
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotation to monitor and facilitate potential referrals
  • Follow denial process ensuring all clinical and financial denials have been approved prior to submitting denial to the referral source
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What youll need:

  • 1 year experience with older adult population or long-term care experience
  • Familiarity with systems such as Point Click Care and Wellsky is helpful but not required

Compensation is $55000 - $60000 per year based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package!
