Qualifications

As a Lot Attendant you will have the responsibility of...

Ensuringparking locations are clean and free of any debris
Providingcustomer service including assistance with use of digital pay machines
Enforcingparking rules and regulations; issuingcitations and/or report violators
Performing assigned duties and executing special projectsindependently
Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing
Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform

As a Lot Attendant you will need...

Abilityto clearly communicate with all personnel
Strong organizational skills
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work primarily outdoors
Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
