Job Summary

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Fulton MO
Shift Schedule: 6:45 AM 11:15 PM (Either 8-hour shift or 13⅓-hour shift)
Work Requirements: Must be available to work every other weekend and up to 48 hours per week
Pay Rate: $30 $32/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting Travel or Local job in Fulton MO.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions record vital signs and report changes promptly.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Support patient and family education on health maintenance and treatments.
Adhere to infection control safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
Perform other related nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Missouri.
Experience: Prior clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication organizational and critical-thinking skills.
Availability: Flexibility to work 8-hour or 13⅓-hour shifts every other weekend and up to 48 hours per week.
